I'm using this specific form of magnesium to help with chronic migraines. Since I started, I've observed a positive improvement in both the frequency of migraine days and the degree of severity. I haven't been able to use my abortive medications recently, so I've increased my supplement doses when I feel vulnerable or have a migraine. While it may not eliminate the pain completely, it does significantly reduce it, and any relief is greatly appreciated.

I bought this supplement because I frequently suffer from chronic and severe migraines. Since starting it, I've had fewer episodes and I sleep somewhat better as well. I particularly like that it contains no unnecessary or harmful ingredients. The capsule size is just right, and the packaging is very secure. I look forward to experiencing more benefits from this supplement in the future.

I tried this Neuro-Mag version of magnesium for additional benefits to brain health and mood, but I did not find sharper cognition or improved mood. It didn't alleviate my tinnitus, help me sleep better, or keep my migraines at bay, which are usually managed by Magnesium Citrate. Additionally, the large pills are hard to swallow and require taking three at a time. One pack only lasts a month, making it comparatively expensive. I prefer pure Magnesium Citrate in water for muscle cramps and migraine relief.
